Can you put new wallpaper over existing (old) wallpaper?

Yes, you can. However, there are a few exceptions:

1. You should not put new wallpaper over vinyl wallpaper; it must be removed before applying new wallpaper. Not sure if it’s vinyl wallpaper or not? Contact the store where you purchased it, or contact us if it’s Midbec wallpaper.
2. The wallpaper you're going to cover must be securely attached. Air bubbles, loose seams, etc., can prevent the new wallpaper from adhering as well as it should.
