We at Midbec Tapeter love seeing how you decorate your walls with our wallpaper. We’d love to share some of these photos on our social media channels. Of course, we’ll only do so with your permission.

By asking for your permission and you responding in the comments section with the hashtag #yesmidbec, or otherwise clearly confirming your consent, you agree to allow us to use your photo. The following terms apply:

1. When you respond with #yesmidbec to our request, or use the hashtag #yesmidbec on your own, you grant Midbec AB, corporate ID 5563237105, a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, and global license to publish and edit your image for marketing purposes on our channels, such as our website, social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok), newsletters, and printed materials, as well as to allow third parties to use the image on Midbec’s behalf. You also consent to our use of your name and username in connection with the publication. Midbec is not obligated to provide you with financial compensation for the publication.
   
2. You certify that you own the image or have the right to license it to Midbec, that you have obtained permission from all individuals appearing in the image, and that the image does not infringe on any third-party rights or violate any laws. The license and these terms and conditions remain in effect even if you later delete the image, your account, or the hashtag. If you want us to stop using the image, you must revoke your consent by contacting us at [email protected].
   
3. These terms and conditions are governed by Swedish law.
